I was absolutely stunned, overwhelmed and like a child in wonderland when I stepped in yesterday at the stationary section at Premsons store at Breach Candy. They had a huge selection and you will be like wow these kids are really spoiled for choice. This is not the case with only department stores like Premsons but also with book stores and neighbourhood stores in every part of the country. So whats popular and the current hot fav is the Angry Birds range and even though me and the daughter have no clue why but I know that its really popular with the kids. The salesman insisted, ” Madam bahut accha hai or best selling item hai aap le lo” (Madam this is really popular and best selling item so you must buy it). Â The rest of the stuff included fancy erasers, snack boxes, bottles, colour pencils, the works. Stuff that you cannot imagine. Clearly the Chinese not only know how to make products cheap they are so innovative that its hard to not not give into the the innovation.
If you were to check out these website you will be surprised at the range thats available right from School uniforms, (cant forget those days when we had to get them from school or from Anukool only), Bata shoes, one pair black and one white PT shoes, alongwith polish, laces, Camlin Geometry sets, pencil boxes, camlin paints, pencils, art brushes, covers, labels, plastic covers, etc. Did you know you could now outsource your covering! Wow! I still would love to do it. Cant forget those days of how exciting it is to cover our books and then put them under the bed so all the air comes out and it looks neat. Choosing our labels now ofcourse you get much fancier ones 🙂
The kids range now also includes Computer accessories, pen drives, markers & highlighters, a lot of fancier stuff which we didnt buy into then but its nice to see how fancy can you get with these too. Like this one from Allschoolstuff.com
