Today’s she’s sharing some tips & hacks that can make your pregnancy journey more comfortable – whether you want to increase your fluid intake, deal with nausea or acid reflux. 

Try these 3 home remedies out and simplify your pregnancy journey!

#1 Pregnancy Hack for Fluid Intake

What You Need:

  • 1/2 Tsp Rock Salt/Pink Salt
  • 1/2  Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Water 

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into a glass & stir well.
  • Allow the chia seeds to swell up
  • Sip on a fibre & magnesium-rich drink!

#2 Pregnancy Hack with Nausea

What You Need:

  • Ginger
  • Lemon Juice
  • Pink Salt/ Rock Salt
  • Glass Bottle

Method

  • Slice the ginger into thin strips
  • Add lemon juice & salt.
  • Leave in the bottle for 48 hours

# 3 Pregnancy Hack for Indigestion & Acid Reflux

What You Need:

  •  Ice Cubes
  • Anti-acid like Digene

Method

  • Put ice cubes into a bowl.
  • Add the anti-acid and let it melt a little
