Play Dough
Playdough is one of those toy box essentials that refuses to grow up. But they dry up way too soon and you know your child will touch them and put his fingers in his mouth. Do we know what goes into store-bought play dough? Time to make your own!
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour (all purpose)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1.5 cups of boiling water
Food colouring (optional)
Few drops glycerine (optional- adds more shine!)
Canvas Art
Thinking of adding an interesting decor element to your child’s room? If you do and you have a few spare minutes why not make it yourself!

Soap Making
Make your own soap and make bath time fun with the kids
Ingredients:
- Glycerine Soap Base
- Soap Colour
- Essential Oil
- Fragrance
- Mould
- Toob Toy
Crayons In A New Avatar
I must admit, this activity got me super excited! All I needed was two things to turn these dusty crayons into something absolutely new!
Supplies:
- Wax Crayons (Peeled and broken into small pieces)
- A silicon mould ( could be any shape)
Slime Fun!
Be it a fun school project or a lazy summer afternoon- here is something that will keep your kids happy and entertained!
- Coloured glue
- Borax powder
- Coloured glitter
- Measuring spoons
- Spatula and bowl
