  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:

  • Grind the oats to a coarse powder.
  • Blend all the above ingredients to a smooth consistency.
  • Garnish with raisins and rolled oats.
