Sex
Yeah! We know this kind of sounds obvious, but you need to have sex pretty regularly to be able to conceive. Track your period and make sure it's in good working order. Normally the average cycle is 28 days, with ovulation happening 14 days after your period begins. So keep an eye on that so you know what are the good dates to jump into the sack.

High Protein Diet
You should switch to a high protein diet. But, plant-based protein is the fertility booster and not animal protein. Studies have shown that when protein intake was upped, the egg quality improved and the chances of conceiving doubled. But that doesn't mean other proteins like lean chicken, oily fish and eggs are bad for you. You need those too. You should be eating more of beans like chickpeas, rajma, kala chana, all types of dal, tofu, quinoa, brown rice, seeds like flaxseed, sunflower, chia and pumpkin, nuts like almond, walnuts, cashew and pistachios.

Up Your Vitamin Intake And Start Folic Acid
Doctors recommend that all women who are thinking of having a baby should take folic acid and prenatal vitamins because it’s extremely important for protecting your baby’s health against neural tube defects. Besides that, it protects against miscarriage, preterm birth, high blood pressure, and preeclampsia in pregnancy, and can prevent autism in your baby. So think ahead and get your body ready for a baby.

Include Exercise In Your Routine
Women who enter pregnancy overweight have a much high risk of prenatal and birth complications and may need to go in for a C-section. The baby could also s much more likely to have a host of health problems ranging from allergies, asthma, and obesity in children. So ditch the sedentary lifestyle and opt for an exercise routine – yoga, walking, moderate-intensive exercising.
De-stress
Stress messes with your hormones and causes fertility problems. Stress can cause your blood sugar and insulin levels to spike and causes pregnancy problems. If you're stressed before and during your pregnancy it can lead to depression and anxiety which is bad for the baby and you, Stop taking all kinds of unnecessary medication. Conquer that stress and cultivate peace.
