Starting with smaller ones, however, are much easier and can bring a change in your kid’s eating habits. Engaging your kids to eat clean and green while promoting health benefits and nutrition value should be a vital goal for every parent.

Eating at least two fruits daily should be the first thing on the list :

Including a salad in at least one meal a day :

So there is at least something the kids like already that is on the plate.

Including protein in their diet:

Proteins are a must-have food group for healthy growth in children.  Proteins are the building blocks of a healthy mind and body. This is an essential macronutrient which can affect the entire body. especially in kids. The meal can be made nutritious with food like dal ka paratha, boiled or scrambled eggs, butter-fried tofu or cheela. All these have protein and kids will enjoy their food.

Maintaining a balanced diet by avoiding outside or junk food :

This is one major issue with the generation today. Eating a lot of outside food or junk food s terrible for their health. It can be controlled by making homemade snacks more fun and nutritious by trying new recipes. Baking and frying in less oil can be a great way to maintain their health from the very beginning.
