Kids Not Egg Fans? Try Making These Recipes Instead

If your child s a fussy eater and they refuse to eat eggs like scrambled eggs or an omelette, its time you try these protein-rich recipes and include this healthy ingredient into your child’s meals.

But what makes people wary of them is that they’re also high in cholesterol. But giving your child an egg to eat 5-6 times a week is absolutely fine. Tangy Egg Dip

  • 1 Egg – boiled and mashed
  • 1 Cup Yoghurt
  • ½ Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Sauce
  • Salt to taste


  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well
  • Serve with whole wheat lavash or crackers
