Had a blast ringing in the new year? We did too! And maybe we had a little too much fun because after I had a lovely weekend out with the family I came back and was down with a sore throat! Of course starting the new year with a sore throat was definitely not part of my plans and I had to do something fast! Getting sick is the worst with dripping nose and throat aches, especially when you need to get back to routine. I decided to go with tried and tested remedies to soothe my sore throat. Natural ingredients, easily found at home can be brewed into concoctions that will definitely help that awful cold!

Hot Lemonade
