Kids are a store house of energy. At the fag end of the day- after finishing the cooking, cleaning, home-office balancing and whatnot, I just can’t wait to crash in the bed and signal the end of the day. But that’s when I see my little one all charged up and waiting for more things to do. Goodnight kisses and bedtime stories hardly send the message across and I search for something to do with her that will help her expend energy and help her wind down before bedtime. We at KSP have come up with a list of super creative easy-to-do activities that will help your child wind down and be in a position to nod off to sleep easily at bedtime.
