About the workshop:
We all struggle to teach our kids to eat right. This hands-on workshop will teach kids the science behind what they are eating – the food they love and the difference between natural and processed food.
Some of the exciting thing they will learn to make include
- Make their own butter and flavour it with their favourite herbs
- Fizzy lemonade without using bottled soda
- Instant ice cream without a freezer
- Guilt-free kid-friendly soda
- Banana bread
Now doesn't that sounds like a fun menu? The best part they get to eat and drink everything they make during the class. It is a great way to introduce the idea of healthy eating at a young age and get involved in helping around the kitchen.
