Thanks you moms & mother in laws for watching our kids while we fulfill our ambitions and work needs. Being a working mom I mostly schedule my meetings in the mornings and close by and its great that people accommodate all that. I have taken the daughter for my meetings and whats helped me tremendously is that she understands that mom needs to work, meetings and work are real they are nice and not bad people who want to take away mommy away from her.

Mom Aishwarya Rai is back at work with daughter Aaradhya(Fashionista on the block?) and its encouraging to see how she has had a good run this time too.

We loved her airport look clinging to her 18 month old with relaxed leggings and comfy flat shoes though I cant carry such a small bag ever while I am traveling.:)

What I am proud of:

Moms today are not scared to embrace a career & motherhood together. Both move on simultaneously with a great support system. Thanks you moms & mother in laws for watching our kids while we fulfill our ambitions and work needs.

I have taken the daughter for my meetings and whats helped me tremendously is that she understands that mom needs to work, meetings and work are real they are nice and not bad people who want to take away mommy away from her. Yes we do have days where kids can beÂ embarrassingÂ too at meetings but I deal with it. I say this very bravely fearing the two months of holidays coming up in June where I will have her home all the time and working alongside will be challenging. So next time you need to cancel your meeting thinking what will others say, dont. If you are good with your work all this doesn’t matter.
