There are no right rules for parenting. Everyone has their own style and each child is different. As parents, we all want to protect our kids and give them the world. But in this process are we setting them up for trouble ahead by protecting them t the extent that we don’t let them make mistakes, understand the meaning of the word ‘No’ or allow them to set themselves up for skills they need to survive in the world today.

We understand that today, especially in the 21st century, education doesn’t mean being between four walls. We need to go beyond classrooms if you want your child to require all the skills to be “successful”.

But what does success really mean?

â_x009d_ŒWhich curriculum are they acing?
â_x009d_ŒWill he/she have a job in the future?
â_x009d_ŒLet him learn technology, robotics, cricket, computers, everything that will be for tomorrow.

We spoke to Mrs Neerja Birla who hosted #BeTheChange with all stakeholders dealing with our kids to make a paradigm shift in the way we raise our kids, which is beyond the four walls of the class. Here’s what she told us about what education should actually teach our kids.

Education also needs to teach children:

✅How life is not only about success. Failure is a better teacher.
✅Resilience & Grit that helps you bounce back from the lowest lows.
✅Rejection is real, Social Media gives you a level playing field but you also need to take it with a pinch of salt.
✅Bullying is real. Be confident in your skin.

Watch the video below to see what Mrs Neerja Birla has to say about navigating the world and how you can equip your children to do it the best way.
