Food is extremely important for the growth and development of children and babies have needs which are different from ours. Their tiny stomachs need nutritionally dense healthy food since they eat very small quantities. The new buzzword doing the rounds for adults is superfoods. Why should our babies not get the best from superfoods too? (age-appropriate of course). Superfood for super babies!
What Are Superfoods?
