Just like other parents, Michelle Obama, too, worried about the health and well-being of her daughters. The former First Lady entered the White House when her daughters were 7 and 10 years old.

What do most kids want at that age – to snack on junk food, order out as often as possible and load up on way too many sugary drinks, right?

We have all been in the same shoes – juggling way too many things, always running from one thing to the other and in the process packing lunchboxes or making meals which are quick and not as healthy as we want them to be.
