For a lot of people, the idea of not combining some foods is difficult to understand. But according to Ayurveda, it is an essential part of understanding how to eat properly. Combining foods with different effects can tax the digestive system so if we know what foods combinations should be avoided, it would make life so much simpler not to mention more healthy and comfortable.
