If you have been following us on Instagram & Twitter then you of course know that we had a super Easter Brunch this weekend at the newly launched JW Marriott Hotel Mumbai Sahar. The kids were all excited for their eggy affair with colouring Egg hunt, Bunny sack races and a brunch with treats galore.
With over a 100 kids the JW Cafe was bustling with activity. The adjacent garden to the cafe so kids running in and out and painting their Easter eggs, enjoying their gummies, marshmallows and making their bunny ears. Parents were keen on experimenting with their creativity too and tried their hands at painting the kids too.
The Easter Egg Hunt got the kids scavenging through the garden area of the plush new hotel and picking up treats and then looking at their baskets with delight.
With all the activities the kids were hungry and were looking forward to enjoying the delicious spread.
The spread comprised of Indian Street style food ( chaat), Tandoor Section, Indian, Thai, Italian, Japanese and Arabic spread. The live waffle counter was the one we frequented the most and their Waffles undoubtedly are the best I’ve had in Mumbai.( Â We recommend you try the Waffles with Caramel sauce or the Fresh Berries and cream)
The dessert stations were any child’s dream destination. We were spoilt for choice. A live ice cream station, flavours of cheese cakes, chocolates, Indian sweets, tarts and mousse you were in for a big feast. They had a special Easter Dessert station and this video will you have you making reservations pretty soon.
Post their lunch the kids headed straight to the Kids Play room which is specially organized by the Hotel to keep the kids busy while the parents enjoy a quiet meal. A bouncy castle, a dedicated art & craft station, toddler zone, kiddie meal station kept the kids entertained for almost an hour. The staff was extremely accommodating in watching the kids given that they play room was far from the JW Cafe and had kids ferrying up and down the lobby all through brunch.
With outstanding service, a lavish spread, kids entertainment and the Caramel Waffles you are sure to find us back at the JW Mumbai Sahar and it been added to our list of Child Friendly Sunday Brunch Places in Mumbai.
