About the founder:

Pooja Panday, with a background in Finance, took a sabbatical and worked on her passion for baking, and even got a Diploma in chocolate. Her passion and love for chocolates led to the creation of D`abel and she wants to change the perception of chocolate and educate the Indian consumer about dark chocolates and the health benefits of cacao.
