I'm totally chuffed! I recently got an exclusive interview with the super-talented Indian Michelin star chef Vikas Khanna. As a foodie and someone who likes to experiment in the kitchen, meeting the humble man who cooked for Barack Obama and the Dalai Lama was quite an experience.
He was here to launch his new book – The Wholesome Grain and we, at Kidsstoppress, had a few questions to ask him which he answered with a smile on his face surrounded by his family. Most chefs talk exotic fancy ingredients and dishes, but Vikas Khanna was there to talk about the humble grains which are healthy for your family and you. And here's why you should include them in your meal plan.
We have something exciting for all our readers – would you like a chance to win a signed copy of his new book? Well! This is it.
