Don’t Lock This In Your Almirah! Insta-worthy Kids Bedding & Clothing Brand

For me, kids clothes need to be comfortable without the strappings of ribbons and other decorations. Cute quirky prints made in soft cotton and mulmul are exactly the type of clothes my kids grew up wearing. Fast forward a few years and my sister was pregnant, I was looking for nice soft clothes that would be just perfect for my little niece/nephews soft and sensitive skin.

That's when I found Almirah, a charming little store nestled in Meherchand Market in Delhi. That's when I also found out that they had stores in Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru as well. This was awesome since my sister was based in Bengaluru at that time.

So what Is almirah?

This store is the brainchild of mother and daughter duo Divya and Aditi Bajpai.  They realized that there was a requirement for simple classy clothes and accessories for kids. They put their heads together and came up with almirah.

• Loose breezy cotton kurtas, nightwear and Jhablas with cute motifs of trucks, autos and animals like owls, elephants, dinosaurs and parrots make up a big part of their collection. 
• We love the fact that they use indigo dyes and everything’s organic.
• Their bedding section is equally amazing with its range of quilts, dohars, cushions and pillows in equally eye catchy and kid-friendly prints.
