Parenting is a journey that is filled with lots of love, little hiccups and some rollercoaster rides.As parents, we want to always teach our children to do the right thing and to be the best person they can be amidst the pressures they face every day. We need to figure how to be a parent and a friend to our kids, without going overboard on either score.
We also keep hoping that as they grow up we’ll get more of that free time that we desperately crave. Reality is kind of different. It doesn’t matter how old your kids get, they will always need you. I actually find that comforting in a way.

At the recently held KSP Awards 2017 in Mumbai, Neerja Birla, entrepreneur and mom was our keynote speaker. She spoke about how she juggles being a mom to 3 kids of varied ages, her views on the constant pressure kids are under nowadays and why she feels that the mindset of parents needs to change.
