By the way who are these men?

These men belong to the top tier cities of India and are anywhere between 25-40 years old, educated and are first/second time expecting fathers or first time fathers with baby aged 0-18 months .

And who exactly is this Yummy Mummy?

Going by the survey , you would have figured by now that a yummy mummy is definitely not someone who makes yummy food! In fact Google defines a yummy mummy as “an attractive and stylish young mother. Now, which mommy won’t want to be that we ask?

While these Indian men still want their wives to look like svelte models after they have babies, here are some questions KSP moms are asking:

  • Pregnancy might make a woman glow with the knowledge that she has created and birthed another life, but her body goes through an inordinate amount of change. Stretch marks marking every single spot that has expanded and contracted on her body don’t make for very Yummy Mommies right? KSP Moms say, Wrong! We wear our stretch marks proudly and so should you! Unless of course you have a miracle cure for those marks.
  • Why is nobody talking about “yummy dads”?  Or are Dad Bods the accepted norm? Our husbands might pack on a few pounds as sympathy pregnancy pounds but does that loving gesture excuse them from getting back in shape?
  • Also why haven’t we heard of Nielsen asking yummy mommies how they got in shape post pregnancy? The world needs to also know how hard they worked to get back in shape almost immediately. We know for sure if a celebrity mom takes a little extra time to get back in shape we pile on her like a ton of bricks. Remember Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Cannes? Three years on and she is now officially the best Yummy Mummy in Bollywood as per the Survey.More power to you!
