So pick your carry bags this Sunday and head to Bandra to the Farmers’ Market, which kicks off again this Sunday, October 16, in Bandra. The list of locally grown, organic produce this season is long, and certain to give you an appetite. In addition to veggies (everything from Chinese cabbage to red pumpkin) and fruits galore (papaya, figs, sweet limes, and much more), the market will also host an organic café (chow down on organic chaat) and stalls selling eco-friendly T-shirts and cosmetics. The market will be held in Bandra until December, after which it will relocate to the Turf Club at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, until April 2012.

When: Sunday, October 16, from 10am to 4pm.
