We were relaxing on the balcony a few days back when a little mynah hopped on to the railing and stopped for a few seconds. My toddler, all of 3, got super excited and ran behind the mynah only to frighten the little one off!
Disappointed she came back, asking me a dozen questions about what the bird was, why it was a different colour, what sound does it make and lots more. Frankly, I couldn’t answer beyond the easy ones and just picked out an encyclopedia to know more. And since then, it’s been about birds, all through this week!
