Christmas is almost here and the city is starting to get all dressed up to celebrate it. For me, one of thethings I love during this season are the Christmas cakes, candies and cookies that add just the right touch to the holiday cheer. Science and Cooking is having a workshop – Kids Christmas Cake Mixing & Baking – that’s just perfect for the season and it’s for kids.

What Is Science And Cooking Academy?
Science and Cooking is a learning centre where kids and adults can come to experiment, learn and broaden their skill sets. However, the program is more than just about science and cooking. Students are encouraged to wonder, ask questions, research, collaborate and find answers. They mix science with different cooking techniques to help you learn a variety of cooking skills and gain confidence as a cook while having fun.

What Will Kids Do At the Workshop
This is a 2-day workshop. On Day 1 (Saturday) they’ll be soaking the nuts and fruits. On Day 2 (Sunday) they will learn how to bake their very Christmas cake, cookies and bread. All ingredients will be provided at the venue. At the end of the 2-day workshop, the kids get to take all the yummy goodies beautifully packaged back home to your family.
