Ingredients:
- Bajra Flour
- Water
- Boiled peas
- Carrot
- Dudhi (Bottle Gourd)
- Salt to taste
- Coriander
- Spices
- Ginger-chilli paste
Method:
- Take a cup of bajra flour and add some water and make a loose batter.
- To this batter add salt, spices, and ginger-chilli paste.
- Now add the boiled peas, grated dudhi, grated carrot, and coriander.
- Now on a non-stick pan pour this mixture and let it cook on both sides.
- Serve.
