Try this as a breakfast or even as a light dinner today!  

Ingredients:

  • Bajra Flour
  • Water
  • Boiled peas
  • Carrot
  • Dudhi (Bottle Gourd)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander
  • Spices
  • Ginger-chilli paste

Method:

  • Take a cup of bajra flour and add some water and make a loose batter.
  • To this batter add salt, spices, and ginger-chilli paste.
  • Now add the boiled peas, grated dudhi, grated carrot, and coriander.
  • Now on a non-stick pan pour this mixture and let it cook on both sides.
  • Serve.
