Pasta is one of my absolute favourite meals and I was super excited to introduce it to my daughter. I usually love my pasta sauces home-made, with all kinds of vegetables added to it. The only addition my daughter was open to was Olives, which are her favourite. However, add anything else in there, and she would cringe.

Hence in order to increase the overall nutritive value of this very basic dish, I found a way to conceal the veggies by including them in the sauce itself. Doing so not only makes the sauce more nutritious but adds wonderful colour to the dish as well.

I have shared 2 recipes that work brilliantly in my house with my daughter.
