What's Capoeira?
Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art form, beautifully combines sport with elements of music, dance, gymnastics and self-defence offering children an outlet for all their creativity and energy.
At the workshop:
- Kids will learn capoeira movements enhancing their physical and psychosocial abilities.
- Not just self-defence, kids will also be introduced to dance, music, instruments, music, samba and lots more through this popular art form.
- Capoeira is also known to train your mind and nourish your soul. Isn't that now a fab start for your kids this 2020?
