What Shilpa Shetty Eats In A Day

Breakfast – She starts her day by eating almonds, figs, walnuts that are soaked overnight for healthy hair. She also eats soaked oats with almond milk, apricots, chia seeds or flax seeds. Nuts and seeds are packed with a powerful punch of vitamins, minerals, and fats. 

Lunch – She sticks to simple food like Boiled Beetroot, Chicken or Fish, Pumpkin Curry and Brown Rice. Beetroots are a great source of fibre, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C while fish or chicken add the protein balance the body needs.

Dinner –She recommends avoiding eating vegetables and raw food after 6 PM. She sticks to eating broth, clear soup and fish in the evening.

One Ingredient she can’t live without – Ghee

What type of food does she always have in her bag? Nuts
