Parenting can get overwhelming. And frankly, it does! 

And if it wasn't any challenging before March 2020, it has only doubled now, I must say. I take work calls with my little one playing beside me and the elder one gesturing me to help her connect to her online classes. We have adjusted to the work-from-home concept for many years now, but to work with the kids and spouse at home, managing the chores at the same time is what got 2020 daunting and exhausting. Agree? 

But somewhere amidst the everyday chaos, there are moments we need to find the quiet and peace to do things. It could be just 5 minutes we need to plan out the day or that important office call we need to take in peace or cook that comfort meal in silence so we focus on doing what we like. How do we get this done without yelling at the kids, or feeling zapped and overwhelmed or drowning in a sea of pity and guilt?
