Are you guilty of labelling your kids or yelling at them for mistakes they make? I know as a parent that we have all done it at some point or the other. And this isn’t really specific only to our kids. We do it with everyone around us.

Now we heard a shocking statistic 

By the time a child is 14 years, the child  has heard 1,48,000 times ‘You can’t’ and ‘ You shouldn’t’ do this’

Wow! now that’s a big big number, isn’t it? The negative impact of this on a child is immense. More than we know actually.
