You know when you are digging into a bowl of chips, a dip is something that makes it all complete and satisfying right? But why opt for heavy mayonnaise-based dips when you can eat something that is healthier and tastier with your bowl of yummies?
In my house, we don’t eat this only with chips or vegetable sticks. We use it in our sandwiches, add it to our tacos or even as a dressing for a quick salad. It is super tasty, especially with the addition of dill.
Dill is known by different names across India – Suva, Soa, Satakuppi to name a few. It lends a distinct taste that is deliciously fresh and citrus-like taste, It pairs really well with garlic.
So let me show you how you can make this yummy dip!
Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Curd
- 1 small bowl Dill Leaves
- 1 Garlic Clove grated
- Chilli Flakes
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Method
- Put the curd in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours
- The water needs to drain out
- Put the thickened curd in a bowl
- Add pink salt, chilli flakes & grated garlic
- Tip in the fresh dill leaves
- Add some olive oil
- Mix well & serve cold
