My go-to-remedy to sort out my skin problems, bloating or any digestion issues is my mom’s secret immunity drink. And this Nani ka home remedy really works. My mum shared this recipe with me and I give it to my kids as well.
The best part is that you can add whatever other spices you want to besides the 3 main ingredients. The drink tastes great, build your immunity and you can say goodbye to a number of conditions (not extreme) that can be arrested without medication.

Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Saunf/Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tsp Dhania Sabut/Coriander Seeds
- 1 Kali Mirch/Black Peppercorn
- 1 Laung/Clove
- 1 Litre Water
Method
- Add all the spices to the water.
- Boil it for 15-20 mins.
- Let it cool.
- Put it in a glass and start sipping.
