Ila Arun brings back Kabuliwala and Swaranjali to Prithvi for kids this summer

f you haven’t read the story then here is the synopsis: It is a play that talks about the beautiful relationship of a father and a daughter. It’s a story of two people who do not share the blood relationship. A man called Abdul Rahmat who leaves Kabul-his homeland and his daughter; he comes to Calcutta in India to earn money so that he can pay off his dues. In India he meets Mini who reminds Abdul of his daughter. He and Mini share a great friendship. Once Abdul kills someone and is jailed. When he is released from jail and meets Mini, he realizes she is a grownup girl and about to get married. This notifies him about his daughter who would also have grown up to the age of marriage. He leaves for whom to fulfill his responsibilities towards his daughter.

Swaranjali  will be narrated by Ila Arun based on a Kathak Dance drama it is a story of Rani Laxhmibai who was a freedom fighter. A patriot at heart, she refused to give up on Jhansi. She is an inspiration to many young children as she gave up her life for the country at a very young age of 23.
