- Half Ticket- will screen more than 20-handpicked children’s films that have won accolades across the globe.
- The focus is on presenting the best of children’s cinema to inspire, delight, educate, and connect a diverse community of children and families.
- Just like previous years, films programmed in the Half Ticket competitive section (both features and shorts) will be judged by a Jury of Children and Young Adults.
- The films curated by filmmaker Samina Mishra deal with topics such as friendship and fantasy- that kids can relate to easily.
- The Half Ticket competitive section features the most outstanding, imaginative and compelling features and shorts; live action, documentary and animation ï¬_x0081_lms for young audiences, produced in the current year for children’s jury awards.

The public screenings of Half Ticket are slotted for the 27th and 28th October 2018 at Matterden Carnival Cinemas, Lower Parel while the Jio MAMI 20th Mumbai Film Festival With Star is from 25th October to 1st November 2018.
