A lot of us look at the past and know that we need to turn a new leaf. We want to embrace the moment, but we want to make sure we are the best version of ourselves for our family. We have always known that being a parent means being a life-long learner, and it takes time to be the person you intend to be.

The past two years have taught me a lot. Covid-19 has taught me to be patient, and to bond with my family, like I have never before. As we bid adieu to 2021, I can’t wait to make those few changes that I need to in 2022. But most of us don’t stick to New Year Resolutions, do we? Every time I break away from a habit, I think:

Are you teaching your child the right thing?
Are you not focusing on yourself?
Are you able to commit to yourself?
Are you being the right role model?

Today, in our YouTube Channel, Mansi Zaveri, the founder of Kidsstoppress.com talks to Swami Mukundananda, an IIT and IIM graduate, and a spiritual leader gives a few anecdotes that will change our perception on how we set our goals.
