One question that pops in the mind of every new mom who has taken a career break or pause- is "how do I get back to the work saddle?"

The feeling of not doing "enough" or not following one's dreams pulls us behind and moms often face the brunt of this. There is no trade-off- it is never a question of family vs work/career and frankly, no mom will even draw a comparison between the two. But what is important is for moms to do something they believe in, something they are good at, and what gives them satisfaction.

When Dr. Ishinna Sadana, Parenting Coach spoke to Mansi Zaveri on tips and tricks for moms, this was a topic they discussed. Mansi Zaveri, who started Kidsstoppress as a mom, talks about how we can identify our skill sets, our positives and work towards that.

She says it is essential we learn from our peers, from the tribe and from experts in the field, and prioritize on what we need to focus on at this point in time. The KSP Mom Boss Course, curated by Mansi, does just this.
