Postpartum care is an essential aspect of maternity. Every culture has its own way of caring.

A new mother requires not only physical care but also emotional spiritual and social care. So it is vitally essential to help in whichever way one can to help enable a healthy mother and a robust new generation.

Here I share some top tips which I used after both my deliveries and also shared them with my family and friends and a lot of my patients too benefited from this advice.

Ajwain is a great spice to have in the house and you can safely use it for the baby and yourself since it is non-invasive.

Moms besides your diet you also need to do this

I also of course add homoeopathy remedies for my patients depending on their symptoms post delivery. And that also aids healing wonderfully!

Post-partum care was one of the questions asked in the “ask me anything” question. Immunity-related questions were also asked. Now you tell me if the child is unwell or mum is unwell can we use a pill to improve immunity? No, coz all these factors matter!
