KSP Meal Plan: The Right Time Saver Guide You Need

The heat is crazy. But that hasn’t stopped me from eating continuously. Are you all like me? I keep wanting to munch on something or the other through the day. I’m trying to stick to fruits and nuts in between meals. With the kids at home, between making sure they keep themselves hydrated and pick up something healthy like a fruit or a granola bar is a tough one! I’ve been trying to make popsicles using different fruits – the fruit goes in and it helps keep them cool. One less thing for me to stress about. How do your kids like eating their fruit?

Did you know that bananas are one of the best fruits you can have for a healthy gut? With summer in full swing, the tummy tends to take a beating. Dehydration and constipation are a menace. So adding bananas to your meal plan is definitely recommended. They help with digestion because the #carbohydrates they contain are easily broken down. We have tons of recipes that you can sneak banana into if your child doesn’t enjoy eating it. you can find some below.

I’m sharing one here. For more such interesting ones, scroll down

Also we’ve been getting some great recipes from our contributors which are kid-friendly and highly nutritious. If you’re a mom wanting to share your kitchen secrets with us, please write to us and we would love to feature you. #KSPMealPlans is the perfect place to share and learn all about food.
