Rakshabandhan Special I KSP Celebrating At Wagah Border With Dora And Shiva

The hundreds of men who are stationed across our border lines protect our country and us with little consideration for their own lives. They all have families scattered around the country. Every festival when the rest of the country is celebrating the festival with pomp and show, these men are guarding us and making sure we stay safe.

Rakshabandhan is a special festival to celebrate the bond between siblings. We made sure this year was extra special by travelling to Wagah border to celebrate with the BSF jawans and Dora and Shiva from Nick Jr.

Every Rakhi, the local children around the Wagah Border honour the Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers stationed there. They know how much the soldiers must miss their family and as a token of their love and appreciation, they tie rakhis to the young soldiers who protect the Line of Control (LOC).

Mansi Zaveri of KSP was at the Wagah Border along with Dora The Explorer and Shiva from Nickelodeon to witness this epic event. She spoke to DIG BSFÂ Jaspal Oberoi.Â Watch the video to know what motivates the soldiers to join the Army and stay brave day after day.
