Being a mother is just give all that you can – Raveena Tandon

This may sound overwhelming, but yes, being a parent is tough and we have to put in the extra hours and multi-task all day to give them and raise them to be responsible human beings. But there is always one debate at a dinner table conversation and that is, "How much screen time is too much". Our kids are born in the 21st century with technology everywhere, how are we going to raise them to be grounded and what can you do to make a difference at home?

Most of the answers to these questions are tried and tested solutions by moms and some of the tips do really give perspective to a situation. We say all technology is not all that bad if you:

  • Hand-pick what you want your child to watch and encourage them to watch some interesting discovery channel episodes.
  • Make them listen to audiobooks which help them with their reading skills.
  • Talk to your children about what they watched – because it is a great way to bond with them.
  • And many other boons.

Today, on Keep It Real, we speak to Raveena Tandon – a mother of 4 children and an actress what she thought about technology and how much is too much. She shares with us how she ensures to keep her children grounded and why she thinks it is important to keep them 'Digital Safe'.
