Jaggery is very high in iron and we should all include a piece of gur in our daily diet, especially in the winter as it helps keeps the body warm. Sonth or ginger powder is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is beneficial for a number of things – from stomach irritation, and migraines to flatulence. It’s also healthy for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
