How are they made?
The candies are hygienically prepared using double refined sugar that is free from dust and metal particles. Sugar, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Olive/Vegetable oil, permitted colours and flavours. The food colours and flavourings are imported from europe. The white part of the candy which makes the bulk of the candy does not contain titanium dioxide which is the usual colorant used by most commercial candy makers. We bring out white using a traditional European technique which was in vogue during the 1700s. Kandee factory tries to keep their process as natural as possible.
