    With Hollywood’s best loved couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie filing for a divorce, the spotlight is now on their six children. How will they be affected? What are they going through at the moment? Are they being able to voice their concerns? What changes will they have to go through?

    India too has seen a huge rise in the number of divorces in the past few years. In Mumbai alone, the number of divorces doubled between 2010 and 2014. The rate of divorce in India is 13 for every 1000 marriages. Though low when compared to the UK and US, it is a disturbing trend that is on the rise.

    Sesame Street India wants to make sure the child’s voice is heard in a divorce and has managed to do that by roping in former actress and author Twinkle Khanna to understand the best way to reach children during this difficult time.
