At a recent launch event, Kidsstoppress spoke with nutritionists Dr Indu Khosla and Dr Eileen Canday about the right balanced meal for growing kids. We asked questions like – "How much protein does an active child need? Should we stop giving our child milk as they grow older? Are supplements important for growing children?"
