Ingredients for  Homemade Rajgira Pizza:

  1. Rajgira Roti for the base
  2. Cut Vegetables
  3. Home Made Pizza Sauce
  4. Grated Cheese or Paneer

Recipe for Home made Rajgira Pizza:

1.  Take about 2 cups of Rajgira atta after sieving it. Add water and make a dough. Make Rajgira rotis as the base. Make sure you keep it thicker than normal wheat roti.
2. Cut vegetables that you enjoy on your pizza

3. Make the roti crispy in an oven or on a non stick pan.
