The ‘Short & Sweet’ Sunday workshops at The Pantry in association with Kidsstoppress is a our little way of exposing kids to different cultures with a mix of films & food.
The blend: Our first workshop is a great mix of 4 interesting short films for kids from 4 different countries specially selected by Shamiana Films along with a delicious and personal cookout session for kids. The workshop will be hosted at The Pantry, Kalaghoda, Left after Rhythm House, between 4 – 6 p.m on October 12, Sunday. We have only 15 seats available so reserve your spot by registering immediately , first come first serve basis ( Rs 1200 per child).

FILMS & FOOD: So if you are worried that your kids have a really short attention span then it’s just perfect. 4 films will be showcased with duration from 5 mins to 15 mins each. Here is the list

A story of a giant rabbit with a heart bigger than himself. When one   sunny day three rodents rudely harass him, something snaps… and  the rabbit ain’t no bunny anymore! Absolutely brilliant !!
2. ORMIEÂ (Animation); 5 mins; Country: Canada
Ormie is a pig, in every sense of the word. Pig see cookie. Pig want cookie.But they are out of reach..or they?see Ormie’s attempt to gain the warm sweet taste that is this obsession.
3. PIGEONÂ IMPOSSIBLEÂ (Animation); 7 mins; Country: USA
What if James Bond was harrowed by a pigeon??? Would he still be able to save the world? A must watch animation film!
 4. Johnny Express (Animation); 5 mins; Country: South Korea
An out of the wold funny animation short that’s a sure fire hit with the kids!
THE COOKOUT: Children between the age of 4 – 12 years will do the big cookout session with Chef Jay at their personal workstations. The cookout includes:
- Peanut Butter Cookie (egg less)
- Cupcake Decoration (egg less)
- Farmer Market Sandwich (eggetarian)
- Ice Teas
