This drink combines the deliciousness of coconut milk and the fruity goodness of pineapple and banana. For those fitness enthusiasts and lactose free milk enthusiasts, coconut milk is simply perfect as it is not only lactose free but also rich in vitamins C and E.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk (regular or low fat)
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt (greek or normal)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Ice
How to make:
- Blend all ingredients together to a consistency you desire.
- Serve in a tall glass.
