    When we were growing up it seemed like everyone wanted to be wither a doctor or an engineer.Parents seemed to be happy with the choices and we turned out to be pretty successful!     I can’t remember a time when there were so many career choices. When we were growing up it seemed like everyone wanted to be wither a doctor or an engineer.Parents seemed to be happy with the choices and we turned out to be pretty successful!

    But today our kids have so many options. The world is literally their oyster! KSP celebrates all those kids who chose to follow their hearts and made their parents proud! But were the parents always proud or did they start out mortified?

    1. Kalpana Chawla: I want to join NASA.

    The Mom: Tell me the truth, are you dating an alien? I promise I wont tell Dad!

    2. Chetan Bhagat: I want to be a writer.

    The Dad: With your IIT and IIM degree  you could be so successful. Why would you want to throw that away to write?

    The Mom: Get off the couch now! You need to go out and play, get some fresh air!

    4. Sanjeev kapoor: I want to be a Chef.

    The Dad: Come on be a man! Real men don’t cook!

    5. Yo Yo Honey Singh: I want to be a Rapper.

    The Mom: Now where did you get this from? I am coming to your college tomorrow to see who you are hanging out with!

    The Dad: This can’t happen! Who will marry you and what if you punch your husband’s face in anger?

    7. Rajnikanth: I want to be an actor.

     The Dad: Son this is just a phase..you’ve been watching too much TV these days.

    The Mom: You mean there is actually someone out there who is ready to pay you for all this talking?
