Every weekend, as a family with cousins and kids, when we sketch the plans, the same old malls, cineplexes and eat outs make it to the discussion and we are getting a sense of boredom of late. We were waiting for a place that would thrill and excite us. And that’s when we heard about the new concept of adventure rooms and we decided to give it a shot. Our KSP CODE Card members got an exclusive invite to witness the magic at The Amazing Escape, that’s opening today and here’s the verdict- everybody loved it! Here’s why you will love it too!
The Amazing Escape
The Amazing Escape, at Lower Parel, is the ideal way to spend some fun time with family and friends. The rules are simple. You get to lock yourselves, in a themed activity room and embark on a mission of treasure hunt. And you have exactly 60 minutes to spot the clues, complete the challenge and emerge out victorious.
Who can play?
Open to anybody above 12 years. Ideally suited for a group of 4-8 persons. Children aged 8-12 years can also participate provided there is a supervising adult in the group. Apart from a group of families or friends, corporate companies who look to engage their personnel in team building activities will find this place ideal.
What are the various Themes?
The Amazing Escape has a total of 7 themes- each of which has an interesting plot that will engage and intrigue the participants. Themes like Metro Bomb Diffusal, The Lost Kingdom, Bank Heist, Illuminati, Prison Break, The Evil Lucy, Escape The Tomb are really interesting and have a story spun around each one of them.

Why we love it:
- The concept of adventure rooms is fast catching up in all major cities and people are already impressed with the concept. So, that’s a win right at the outset!
- This is a great opportunity for parents and kids to have some fun together as a team- hunt for clues and emerge victorious!
- They have 7 themes- so 7 different rooms and a play time of roughly 60-90 minutes. So, that’s a lot of fun!
- In case you get stuck in any of the games, there is assistance provided, so that’s no worry.
- They also have a separate room that you can book to host your special events such as birthdays or team meetings. So, it will be the perfect place to party!
Moms told us how much they enjoyed the place and the food, but at the same time, it would be great if there is something for the younger age kids as well. Also since the hints are exposed (especially in Escape The Tomb) after you play the game once, the suspense element in hunting for the clues is amiss when you come for a repeat visit.
