The NTR Gardens is turning put to be a popular picnic spot among families and here's why. Located just adjacent to the Hussain Sager Lake, this place spanning over 36 acres is open to the public and is built in memory of the late actor-politician of Andhra Pradesh NT Rama Rao.
What's special with this place:
Bored of the buzzing city life and yearning for some quietude? This place is a great option. Serving as a green getaway in the middle of the city, this place houses plants from across the country, with the latest addition being the Desert Garden- with a large variety of cacti, succulents and other desert flora that will enthral the visitor.
What's in it for children?
We are getting to that! When it comes to serving as an entertainment option- NTR Gardens scores a full 10/10 for kids. WIth boat rides, a Japanese garden, a play area, a fountain area, the famous Machan tree and lots more- your kids are going to need more than a few hours at this place!
The biggest attraction is the toy train ride right inside the park that kids will love. There's also a water slide that you will love during the summers, a play area with slides and swings and lots more for kids to enjoy.
